Forté Diesel Intake Cleaner is a specially formulated cleaner for diesel engines to be sprayed into the inlet manifold at 2.500 min-1. It removes combustion residue and carbon deposits which have contaminated the air intake via the EGR- and crankcase ventilation system.
These carbon deposits increase the resistance for the drawn in air what finally will result in incorrect swirls in the combustion chambers which are needed for diesel engines to perform properly at every engine load and speed.
This will result in an improper mixture preparation, a more incomplete combustion and an increased load for the particulate trap.
Application of Forté Diesel Intake Cleaner will improve the function and efficiency of the exhaust gas after treatment including DPF and SCR.
Forté Diesel Intake Cleaner should be used regularly during service in engines which are sensitive for fouling of the air intake or engines from which the frequency for regeneration of the particular trap is higher than normal.
